Marcus Heng is a Speaker, Trainer and a Life Coach. He has more than 20 years of Corporate experience as an Enterprise Solutions Sales Professional in the Maritime and Government sectors within the Asia Pacific/Japan regions.

 

In the last 5 years, he has been involved in Learning & Development and Consultancy. He has helped hundreds of PMETS gain skills and knowledge to tackle their current business or career challenges.

 

A strong believer of life-long learning, Marcus commits himself in creating values for both himself and others. He and his family regularly shared their life stories on both television and radio, talking about overcoming challenges like parenting a child with special needs and dealing with retrenchment as a middle-aged professional. He also regularly conducts pro-bono talks for organizations to create awareness on the "Future of Work Skills" and "Adapting, Innovating & Growing in the Future Economy". 

 

Today, he is a strong advocate for the Rare Disorders Society of Singapore and an active volunteer counselor at the Singapore Changi Prison for the past 11 years.

Angie Goh
